Help to protect the environment through positive actions. Use less plastic,  recycle, reduce our carbon footprint. Get out into nature, appreciate its beauty.

Workout

Learn to move your body and elevate your training. Get stronger with daily sessions that will broaden your love of movement and help you find a training routine that sticks.

Practice

Connect to your body with daily yoga and mindfulness sessions. Restore the mind with guided meditation, breathwork and movement classes.

Adventure

Explore the island and immerse yourself in nature; hike, run and swim in new surroundings.

Restorative day

Your opportunity to discover the Island of Ibiza in your own way or have some you time.

We start the day with a team brunch at one of Ibiza’s iconic spots. After that, you’re free to explore.

Example restorative day activities:

– head to the beach

– shopping in Ibiza old town

– strolling along the marina

NOURISH

You will be provided with nutritious and tasty meals that focus on optimum health, fat-loss, and nutritional benefits. We don’t focus on counting calories, but rather on delivering a menu that helps you reach your goals, and educates you on the small changes you can make to create healthy balanced, delicious meals.

How it works

1. Fill in the questionnaire

Once you’ve paid your deposit to reserve your place, we will send you a questionnaire to find out about your eating habits, and goals. Any dietary restrictions, allergies, or religious requirements our chef needs to be aware of, as well as general food likes and dislikes.  

We also offer the option of taking a more in-depth look into your dietary health, working with our nutritional therapist, through a more in-depth questionnaire, stress test, and online 30-minute consultation.

2. Chef David plans your meals for the week

Our chef has been cooking professionally for more than 8 years, and is currently training in  ‘nutrition in culinary practice’ to better be able to serve our guests’ dietary needs. He will create a balanced menu for the week, and make small changes based on the feedback from your questionnaire, to suit your goals, dietary restrictions, or allergies.  Using locally sourced produce he will create a balanced diet using mainly plant-based foods and whole foods to ensure you look and feel healthier.

VIDAH TEAM

Char

Based in London, Char has over 10 years industry experience. Starting out as a PT and group exercise instructor her love of movement and connection to the body has always been the cornerstone of her career. Former Head of Yoga at Virgin Active, her passion for sharing the limitless benefits of this transformational practice is greater than ever. 

David

David has been living on the island full time for the last 13 years; getting to know the local producers has allowed him to develop a deeper understanding of the local and seasonal produce. His passion for cooking and developing menus has been influenced by the mediterranean lifestyle and produce on his doorstep.

Tara

Tara splits her time between London and Ibiza. She specialises in gymnastics style movement that incorporates strength, mobility and balance. She has taught at some of the leading studios in London for almost 10 years and is a competitive professional pole dancer.
